When wanting to return a product simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the subject title put ‘return request’ and in the body of the email put your order number and your reason for wanting to return the item. As long as the Seller agrees the item is a refundable item we will email you with the full details on where to return the item to. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached.
Each product is returned to the individual boutique where the purchase was made. The majority of sellers on wekoko or based in the u.k but please note some sellers are international. Please feel free to email us to confirm where the seller you are purchasing from is based before you buy. Wekoko is not responsible for any items that are sent back but don’t make it back to us, for this reason and your own insurance we strongly advise you send any packages back with a signed for or tracked courier service. This way you have proof should a returned package be lost and we are better equipped to assist you and resolve the matter.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of the Seller receiving the return.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or the item is damaged. If this is the case you will receive a refund on the shipping for the same amount you paid to ship the item on your original order. Once the return has been accepted by the boutique, you will receive an email of confirmation notifying that the product has been refunded.
